Tumbani, a small locale in Bengal/India, rapidly makes his way into industrialisation. I tried to follow this transformation of tumbani and similar places. How to safe our culture and collective memory? What stays after a long time? The landscapes and emptiness symbolize time, the transformation of a landscape is a slow prozess, more than changes in human community.
